Hopewell Sheriff’s Office Presents VSI Scholarship
City of Hopewell Sheriff Greg Anderson presents Hopewell High School graduate Lettie Taylor with a $400 scholarship from the Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute. Ms Taylor is the first ever recipient of the VSI scholarship from the Hopewell Sheriff’s Office. She will be attending Virginia State University while working on her degree in criminal justice. Lettie is the daughter of Lloyd and Herta Taylor of Hopewell.
