Sheriff Announces VSI Scholarship Winners
The Suffolk Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce five winners of the 2009 Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute Scholarship Program.
For the past 16 years Sheriff’s Isaacs and the Virginia Sheriff’s Institute has awarded 43 scholarships totaling more than 32,000 to college students living in the City of Suffolk.
