Isle of Wight County Sheriff Presents Scholarship

Below is a photograph of Sheriff Phelps of Isle of Wight County presenting a $500 scholarship awarded by the VSI to Cathy Warren, who is pursuing a degree in forensic chemistry at Hampton University.  She has Associate Degrees in Evidence Technology and Administration of Justice through Phoenix College.  She and her husband, George, reside in Isle of Wight County.  Cathy was thrilled to be the recipient of this scholarship, which will be used for textbooks and supplies.
