Sheriff Manning Presents a VSI Scholarship

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce that Andrew Stephen Bobbitt of Carroll County, Virginia was chosen as a recipient of Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute’s scholarship award.  Drew is the son of Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Investigator W.F. “Fred” Bobbitt and Dana Bobbitt. He is planning on attending Wytheville Community College where he will be pursuing a course of study in Criminal Justice with the goal of obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University.
