Governor’s flag order for the Commonwealth of Virginia

Pursuant to §18.2-488.1 of the Code of Virginia, this is to order that the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia be flown at half-staff over the state capitol building in respect and memory of Waynesboro Police Auxiliary Captain Kevin Wayne Quick on Monday, February 17, 2014.

I hereby order that the flag shall be lowered at sunrise on Monday, February 17, 2014, and remain at half-staff until sunset.

Ordered on this, the 14th day of February, 2014.

 

Governor’s flag order for the City of Waynesboro

Be it further encouraged that the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia may be flown at half-staff on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the City of Waynesboro and in any other locality as deemed appropriate, in respect and memory of Waynesboro Police Auxiliary Captain Kevin Wayne Quick.

I hereby authorize that the flag shall be lowered at sunrise on Monday, February 17, 2014, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
