SHERIFF’S OFFICE ATTENDS VBS
Fairmont Baptist Church, Callaway, recently held their Vacation Bible School with the theme of Firefighters vs Police. Franklin County Sheriff’s Office participated a couple of nights, highlighted by a K9 demonstration. Our good friends at the Callaway Fire Department finished the event with a few nights of showcasing their equipment and showing the kids what they have to do to fight fire.  Special thanks to all the Fairmont Baptist Church staff, FCSO, and Callaway Fire Department for making this VBS a huge hit.

BUZZED DRIVING IS DRUNK DRIVING
FCSO partners again with the National Highway Safety Administration to remind all Franklin County drivers the dangers of “Buzzed Driving”
Driving after drinking is deadly. Yet it still continues to happen across the United States. If you drive while impaired, you could get arrested, or worse—be involved in a traffic crash that causes serious injury or death. Don’t drive buzzed, don’t drive drunk, don’t drive impaired.
