FRANKLIN COUNTY DEPUTY RECOGNIZED
On September 6, 2019, Mothers Against Drunk Driving Virginia and the Alcohol Safety Action Program held their 2019 Awards Ceremony at the Vinton War Memorial for central and southwest Virginia. Franklin County Deputy Sheriff Davonte Taylor was one of several law enforcement officers to receive recognition in the area of DUI arrests. Congratulations Deputy Taylor for a job well done!
FRANKLIN COUNTY DEPUTIES VISIT DAYCARE
Recently, Franklin County Deputies Jamie Carr and Brad Elkins stopped by Country Kids Daycare on State Street, Rocky Mount.
Country Kids honored First Responders during the week of September 3rd – 6th. Deputies Carr (R) and Elkins (L) spoke on the duties of being in law enforcement and commented on how attentive the children were. FCSO wishes to thank all the great staff at Country Kids on making this event a huge success.
