Every October the Chesterfield Sheriff’s Office joins millions around our Nation in showing our support for those fighting breast cancer by lighting up the courthouse pink. The fight against breast cancer is one of our biggest causes as it has personally touched our Sheriff’s Office family as well as many in our community. In addition to this illumination, which will last throughout the month, deputies are also wearing pink badges purchased with their own money with a portion of the proceeds going to cancer research.
