Suffolk Sheriff E.C. Harris and the Suffolk Sheriff’s Office are excited to present Mr. Randolph Holland, III with the Virginia Sheriff’s Institute (VSI) Scholarship Award! The VSI has awarded 68 scholarships this year to full and part-time students majoring in Criminal Justice across the Commonwealth.
Mr. Holland is currently attending Regent University, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law. Congratulations on all of your hard work and dedication, Mr. Holland! The sheriff’s office is excited to see what the future holds for you.
