Community COVID-19 Cheer Up Caravan

On Saturday, December 12, Cruz Inc. Media hosted the Community COVID-19 Cheer Up Caravan. The Richmond City Sheriff’s Office, Richmond Police Department, and other First Responders joined in the caravan, with the main goal of spreading cheer throughout the surrounding housing communities.
