Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Says “Seatbelts Save Lives”

Partnering with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office shares the message that “Seatbelts Save Lives”. In 2019, 9,466 unbuckled passenger vehicle occupants were killed in crashes in the United States.
