Hampton Sheriff’s Participated in Shop with Cop
Sheriff Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office deputies participated in Shop with Cop alongside the Hampton Police Department. The Shop with a Cop is an annual event sponsored by the Hampton FOP that allows law enforcement officers to escort children to find the perfect Christmas present.
Hampton Deputies Graduate the Academy
The Hampton Sheriff’s Office proudly announces the Basic Jailors Class 23-3 Graduates from the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Training Academy (HRCJTA) in Newport News. Deputy Michel and Deputy Noel completed thirteen rigorous weeks of training and testing and completed all the necessary requirements to become certified officers. We are very proud of our newest deputies and congratulate them on their accomplishment!
Hampton Sheriff’s Office Partner with Virginia Peninsula Foodbank
Sheriff Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office partnered with the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank for their Mayflower Marathon Food Drive. The Hampton Sheriff’s Office collected nearly 200 pounds of non-perishable items. We appreciate all of our staff that contributed to this wonderful cause.
