Sheriff Hank Partin recently presented two Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute $1000 scholarships to Caiden Roupe and Hannah Blankenship at Eastern Montgomery High School. Both recipients were student-athletes, along with having strong academic backgrounds while in high school. Hannah will be attending Roanoke College and Caiden will be attending Radford University. Both were excited to receive the scholarship to use in furthering their education in the criminal justice field.
