We’re proud of our deputies who just graduated from the 18th Annual Leadership Institute.
Sheriff Morgan supports their continuing education as they pursue leadership roles in the NNSO.
During the two weeks of instruction, students dealt with topics like employee motivation, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational change, and officer wellness. They also had frank discussions with the Leadership Institute’s Chief Executive Panel, on which Sheriff Morgan served.
