On October 5th, the region’s annual First Responders Cultural Festival and Community Cup was held at River City Sports Complex. First responder soccer teams from Henrico, Chesterfield, and Richmond, Fire, Police, and Sheriff Departments, as well as the State Police, took the field. Each team was comprised of Public Safety personnel and community members. While unity and having fun was the mission, winning the trophy was also on the line. We are proud of the Sheriff’s Office team for playing so hard! The event was all in fun, and it helped us build relationships in our community. It was a great time, and we will see you all next year.
