Sheriff Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office recently participated in the 27th Annual Senior Safety Summit hosted by the Peninsula S.A.L.T. (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) Council. This event took place at Northside Christian Church in Yorktown, Virginia. The purpose of the Senior Safety Summit is to provide seniors with vital information about fraud and scams, safe driving, fitness, and mental health. The Hampton Sheriff’s Office provided information about their local Triad, senior safety tips, scams, and upcoming events.
