Sheriff Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office staff joined the Hampton Roads Hokies and the YH Thomas Community Center to hand out candy and treats to the youth of Hampton. The Hampton Sheriff’s Office staff passed out the sweet treats from the trunks the cruisers. The children wore creative and fun costumes and collected candy from each vendor. There was food, games, music/entertainment, and lots of activities for all to enjoy.
