Sheriff Karen Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office staff attended Peninsula Agency on Aging’s Community Forum on Aging. The event was held at Liberty Live Church. The Hampton Sheriff’s Office staff alerted patrons about information about social security and Medicare scams that are happening. The staff also provided treats such as custom Kleenex tissues, jar openers, hand sanitizer, note pads, bag clips, and pens.
