The Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office recently dropped off 780 pounds of pet food in addition to pet supplies from the Dave Rosado Pet Supply Drive to support Chesapeake Humane Society and Chesapeake Animal Services. These donations help feed and care for shelter pets as they wait for their forever homes — even helping families in our community through the Humane Society pet pantry.
We also had the chance to meet two adorable pups: Mr. Valentine, a total sweetheart, and Patsy, who has been at the shelter for 97 days, hoping for a family to call her own.
