Richmond Sheriff Dr. Antionette V. Irving joined Richmond General District Court Judge David Hicks and the Broken Men Foundation for a powerful session aimed at educating young men about the criminal justice system.
More than three dozen youth attended the event, which focused on how poor choices can lead to serious consequences, including incarceration and court involvement. Sheriff Irving and Judge Hicks spoke candidly with participants, encouraging them to make positive decisions and emphasizing the importance of responsibility, self-awareness, and accountability.
