Hampton Sheriff Karen Bowden recently delivered the commencement speech to the graduating 8th grade class at George P. Phenix School. She reminded the students of the lessons learned and encouraged them to remember those lessons as they embark on their next journey into high school. The graduates were gifted a tote bag with a graduation token after the ceremony. We’re so proud of all the graduates!
