The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office enjoyed spending the evening at the Hillsville Safe Halloween with many families, handing out candy, caramel apples and helping ensure that everyone had a safe and fun night. We’re thankful for a community that comes together to keep our kids safe while making great memories.
