On October 24, Colonel M. O’Toole and members of the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office staff attended the Life Enrichment Center (LEC) Fall Gala to show our continued support for LEC and their mission to enrich the lives of children from underserved communities throughout Virginia. During the event, the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office was recognized as the 2024-2025 Partner of the Year.
We are honored to be recognized and look forward to our continued partnership and to serving as tutors throughout the school year!
