The Richmond City Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) partnered with Aramark’s IN2WORK Food Service Program to train aspiring culinary students as they prepare to enter the community workforce.
Instruction covered kitchen basics, ServSafe food handling certification, health and hygiene, cleaning and sanitation, food safety temperatures, workplace safety, success in food service, and receiving, storing, and serving food.
