The Richmond City Sheriff’s Office proudly partnered with Publix to pair law enforcement with Special Olympics athletes stationed in the self-checkout area of Publix grocery stores. Ms. Katelynn Howell with Special Olympics stated that the campaign was to remind customers to support Special Olympics and to thank anyone who donates to Special Olympics.
