Sheriff Irving and the Richmond City Sheriff’s Office participated in the Fairfield Court Elementary School Career Day, giving students a firsthand look at a wide range of professions within their community. The event brought together volunteers from various fields including law enforcement, education, business, and skilled trades, all eager to share their experiences and advice.
Throughout the day, students rotated around the gymnasium where presenters, such as Sheriff Irving, spoke about their career paths, daily responsibilities, and the education or training required for their roles.
