The Petersburg Sheriff’s Office proudly participated in Career Day at Walnut Hill Elementary School on April 10. Lieutenant C. Bailey and Deputy T. Cousins represented the agency, engaging with students and sharing insight into careers in law enforcement and public service. During the event, Lt. Bailey and Deputy Cousins spoke with students about the role of law enforcement professionals, the importance of community partnerships, and the value of education, integrity, and service.
“Investing in our youth today helps build stronger, safer communities tomorrow,” said Vanessa R. Crawford. “We are proud to connect with students and inspire the next generation to pursue careers in public service.”
The Petersburg Sheriff’s Office remains committed to community engagement and outreach initiatives that foster positive relationships and encourage future leaders.
