On Tuesday, June 2nd, the Roanoke County Sheriff’s Office and the Roanoke County Police Department participated in our leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run benefiting Special Olympics of Virginia. We ran 2 miles on Rte. 419, starting at Jersey Mike’s and ending at Crunch Fitness. This run takes place each year prior to the kickoff of the Special Olympics Summer Games in Richmond.
