The Richmond City Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) was proud to participate in the 18th Annual Ray Neblett’s Inner City Basketball (ICB) Camp, an event dedicated to supporting local youth through mentorship, teamwork, and positive engagement. This year’s camp brought together community leaders, volunteers, and young athletes from across the city for a week of life skills training, leadership development, and fun. Virginia’s Attorney General Jay Jones, Sheriff Dr. Antionette V. Irving and Dr. K.C. Snapp were a few speakers who came out to talk to the campers.
RCSO staff enjoyed interacting with the kids, offering encouragement, and reinforcing the importance of discipline, respect, and good decision‑making both on and off the court. Our team remains committed to building strong relationships with Richmond’s youth and supporting programs that foster growth, confidence, and community connection.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with Ray Neblett and returning for next year’s camp!
