The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office congratulates Laiken Burnett on being selected as the recipient of a 2026-2027 Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute Scholarship Award!
Sheriff Kevin Kemp was honored to present Laiken with this $1,000 scholarship at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 5. Laiken plans to continue her education while pursuing a career in law enforcement.
