On Wednesday, June 18, several inmates in the Chesterfield County Jail’s HARP (Helping Addicts Recover Progressively) program took a powerful step forward — they were baptized, surrounded by hope, healing, and the unwavering support of our community. With the guidance of Pastor Bradon and members of The Chapel, these individuals embraced a moment of transformation — a reminder that redemption is always possible and change begins from within. We are proud to witness their journey and grateful to our community partners who walk alongside us in restoring lives.
