On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Bristol Virginia Sheriff’s Office once again joined its local Food City store, the Attorney General’s Office and other local agencies in the DEA National Drug Takeback initiative. Our office knows that one pill can kill and this is one way of making sure any unused prescription drugs never wind up in the hands of the wrong person.
