The Roanoke County Sheriff’s Office congratulates Lt. Chad States on his graduation from the 57th session of the University of Richmond’s Professional Executive Leadership School (PELS 57).
Lt. States has been with the Roanoke County Sheriff’s Office for more than19 years. Over the years, he has worked his way up the ranks due to his work ethic, knowledge, supervisory skills, and respect gained by his peers and supervisors. We thank Lt.
