On Monday, December 22nd, the Richmond City Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) embraced the season with a “Holly Jolly Holiday Spirit” meet-up hosted by our administrative staff at the Hot Cocoa Bar! All staff, contractors and vendors stopped by to enjoy warm cocoa, festive treats, donuts. and cheerful conversation, creating a cozy space to connect and unwind. The gathering spread holiday cheer throughout the office and reminded us that a little warmth — both in a mug and in spirit — goes a long way this time of year.
