The Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office officially kicked off Week 1 of its highly anticipated Citizen’s Academy on Monday, May 4. This comprehensive program is designed to give residents an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the daily operations of local law enforcement.
Over the coming weeks, participants will learn directly from command staff and deputies about patrol operations, criminal investigations, K-9 handling, the judicial process, and much more.
The Sheriff’s Office looks forward to spending the next several weeks getting to know this outstanding group of residents. Programs like this help foster mutual understanding and strengthen partnerships within the community.
