Spotsylvania Sheriff Roger Harris and staff have partnered with McDonald’s to promote “Safe Young Citizens.” Please send Sheriff Harris a picture of you and your child wearing a seatbelt or bicycle helmet. A voucher for a free ice cream cone redeemable at any Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, or Stafford McDonald’s will be awarded to those who choose to participate.
