Franklin County Sheriff’s Office donates to CASA

Sheriff Bill Overton recently made a $1,000 donation to CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and Southern Virginia Child Advocacy Center. The Office of the Sheriff is able to make charitable gifting though inter-department fund raising and private donations. On hand to receive the donation was Joyce Moran, Executive Director of CASA.
