Lynchburg, VA – Lynchburg City Sheriff Don Sloan presented Lynchburg City resident, Steven Q. Brouillette with a VSI educational scholarship of $1,000.
Mr. Brouillette is currently a senior at Liberty University majoring in Criminal Justice with cognates in Strategic Intelligence and Homeland Security with a minor in Psychology. Mr. Brouillette also completed a 200 hour internship with the sheriff’s office and hopes to pursue a career in the criminal justice field.
