The Virginia Sheriffs Institute is a proud partner and supporter on the Virginia State Police Emergency Relief Fund. On Friday, Aug 23rd Senior Trooper John Synder, Division 1, Area 2, presented the VSPA ERF donation to Deputy David Campbell at the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
