The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has given a few awards recently to members of their team. Camille Bower celebrated five years of service. Additionally, Investigator Steve McFarling received the “Shining Star” Award for his work on a major break-in during 2020. Lastly, Deputy Dylan Smith and Sergeant Steve Grantham received the “Shining Star” Award for a life-saving event in which they performed CPR on a subject until rescue arrived. Additionally, the sheriff’s office would like to share information from the World Health Organization (WHO) about stopping the spread of COVID.
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Presents Awards
Recently, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office gave out several awards to members. Typically, these awards would have been presented at an annual award ceremony, but the ceremony was cancelled due to COVID.
Franklin County Sheriff Overton stated how exceptional each of these individuals have been to the sheriff’s office. “I am honored for these men and women to be a part of our organization. We are a better agency because of their hard work and dedication,” Sheriff Overton said.
Donna Kelley was awarded for reaching the milestone of 35 years working with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. Camille Bower celebrated five years of service. Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Aims to Lessen the Spread
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office would like to share information from the World Health Organization (WHO) concerning lessening the spread of COVID – 19.
