VSI Conference Rescheduled to June 9-11, 2021
The Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute (VSI) Board of Directors has made the decision to reschedule the upcoming VSI Spring Conference at The Williamsburg Lodge in Colonial Williamsburg to June 9-11, 2021.
With the current guidelines for a social gathering at 10 people inside and 25 people outside, the board believes VSI would not be able to have a full conference by the end of April. After consulting with state officials and the hotel property, June 9-11, 2021 appears to be the best chance at having a successful conference by allowing more participation from sheriffs’ offices and exhibitors.
If you are registered for the conference, your registration will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. The hotel will move all reserved sleeping rooms from the April dates to the June dates automatically as well – you will not need to contact the hotel to reserve your room for the new dates.
If you cannot attend the conference on the new dates, please email the VSI office at [email protected], and we will cancel your registration and offer a full refund or substitute attendance with someone else in your office. If you need to cancel or change your hotel reservations at the hotel, you are responsible for contacting the hotel directly and making those changes. You can contact the hotel by calling them at 800-261-9530 (staffed Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).
VSI remains excited to host you, June 9-11, 2021, for the VSI Spring Conference and Exhibition in Williamsburg. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the VSI office.
