Sheriff Tony Epps of the Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Office joined colleagues in recognizing the retirement and service of Prince Edward County Deputy Mark Stephens of more than 7 years at the Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Office. They also honored Deputy Stephens for his service to our country in the military as well.
