Congratulations to Deputy M. Young and Ms. S. Haynes for their outstanding performance during the first quarter of 2022. The Quarterly Employee Recognition Awards program is designed to build a culture of accountability and recognition. Deputy M. Young is a three-year veteran of Hampton Sheriff’s Office and serves as a Corrections Officer. Young does an exemplary job in the performance of his duties, and carries out duties with confidence. He took the time on his off time to learn new tasks. His leadership is prevalent through his day-to-day duties. Young is dedicated to treating fellow staff with the utmost respect.
Ms. S. Haynes is a three-year veteran of Hampton Sheriff’s Officer and serves as a Classifications Officer. Haynes has shown a great amount of team work in the absence of her supervisor. She had assisted in transfers to other jurisdictions, lead meetings, and much more. Haynes has the ability to adapt and continuously maintains a positive attitude.
Each received a $50 gift card and reserved parking for 3 months.
