Sheriff Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office attended a leadership development workshop celebrating women’s history month. The event was hosted by Virginia Peninsula Community College and featured a panel of women from different sectors of the workforce. The theme for the event was Celebrating Women Forging Our Future.
