Sheriff K. Bowden and the Hampton Sheriff’s Office staff volunteered at Luther W. Machen Elementary School for their book fair. The Hampton Sheriff’s Office deputies and staff assisted students with filling out their wish list for their desired books. We enjoyed seeing the excitement from each student as they browsed through the book fair.
