The Petersburg Sheriff’s Office proudly recognizes Mrs. Pamela Davis as the Employee of the Month for her exceptional contributions and dedication to efficiency, organization, and professional development.

Pamela has significantly streamlined calendar management for the Sheriff and staff, reducing scheduling conflicts by 25% and enhancing workflow. She also implemented a new document management system using Power DMS, decreasing the time required to review PSO Standard Operating Procedures by 40%, improving overall office efficiency.

She has proactively coordinated complex travel arrangements for the Sheriff and staff, ensuring cost-effective solutions and saving the Petersburg Sheriff’s Office on travel expenses. Additionally, she played a key role in organizing and executing successful Sheriff’s Office events for over 200 attendees, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Pamela works closely with the Crater Criminal Justice Academy Director and Assistant Director to develop a comprehensive training and development program for PSO Deputies. She facilitates training in Basic Jailor, Basic Law Enforcement, Speed Measurement, Courtroom Security, Civil Process, Leadership, Communication, and Supervision while overseeing all logistical arrangements for Deputies attending the academy. She also analyzes feedback from participants to enhance training effectiveness.

Her financial acumen is evident in her ability to record, track, and manage expenses and revenues, ensuring accuracy in budget worksheets, payroll, and leave records. She provides monthly budget updates to the Sheriff and city officials and manages fund transfers, deposits, and corrections with precision.
