Over spring break, the SRO Unit and other members of the New Kent Sheriff’s Office hit the road for a couple of awesome community events called “Hot Dogs and Heroes.”
We stopped by Brickshire and The Arbors neighborhoods, fired up the grill, and served nearly 450 hot dogs!
There was nothing but smiles and good vibes as we played games, cranked up some great tunes, and even had a little dancing going on! These events were a fun, relaxed way for us to connect with the community and spend time with the amazing people we serve.
