The Hampton Sheriff’s Office brought Easter joy to the children of the Hampton Roads Community Action Head Start Program! The Easter Bunny made a special appearance, bringing smiles, and stuffed animals! Sheriff Karen Bowden personally deputized each child, presenting them their very own junior deputy sticker. Watching their excitement was the true highlight of the day.
