The Hampton Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce our newest graduates of the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Training Academy (HRCJTA), located in Newport News. As members of the 25-1 Class, Deputy M. Borden and Deputy L. Lipscomb completed thirteen weeks of intensive training alongside 21 other deputies from across the region. Congratulations to our graduates on this important career milestone!
In addition to celebrating professional accomplishments, the Hampton Sheriff’s Office continues to stay active in the community. We recently had a blast volunteering at Paul Burbank Elementary School’s Field Day. From high-fives to hopscotch, it was a day full of smiles and sunshine as deputies cheered on students and helped make lasting memories. Building bonds and supporting our youth – that’s what community is all about!
