Newest Additions to the Newport News Sheriff’s Office K9 Team

The Newport News Sheriff’s Office has two new K9 teams. Deputy Cammel and Deputy Grant-Oliver completed six weeks of basic training in narcotics detection with their dogs, Shiva and Jaxon, on May 10.  They trained at Ventosa Kennel in North Carolina and will be working in the jail.
